APRU VSE Credit Earning Program

Follow the steps below to make an application:

1. Complete the Application Form before the application deadline of the university that you wish to take a course from:
   • Complete the “Personal Details” section.
   • Select the course you intend to enroll in from the drop-down menu in the “Course Selection” section.
   • Upload a copy (scanned/electronic) of your latest transcript (official/unofficial). Your transcript will be shared with the course offering university.
   • Review your application and click “Submit” to complete the application.
2. You will receive a confirmation email containing your application details and the link to download your transcript.
3. Forward the confirmation email to the APRU VSE Coordinator at your home university (see below) and ask for an endorsement for your application. Your APRU VSE Coordinator will notify the VSE Central Office if your application has been endorsed. Your application must be endorsed by your home university before it would be processed.
4. Your endorsed application will be reviewed by the VSE Central Office and the course offering university. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis and enrollment determined by a number of criteria (e.g. course quota, your major, etc.)
5. Office, and provided with further registration procedures by the course offering university.

Each student may enroll in one VSE academic course. Request for additional courses can be made to the VSE Central Office.

Please note that UI students that seek endorsement from UI International Office need to forward the application confirmation email from APRU Central Office and the required documents a maximum of seven (7) working days before the endorsement deadline on the APRU VSE website.

1. While participating in this program, UI students remain active in attending lectures at UI.
2. Students may only take one course with no intention to interfere with the main lecture that students are doing at UI.
3. The process of credit transfer will be decided by the faculty whether or not it is possible and hopefully ensure that the destination university can issue that document required for credit transfer processing.
4. Fill out the application form on the APRU VSE website
5. Forward the confirmation email for submitting the online application form from APRU Central Office by attaching the required documents attached to the email address: ui-apru@ui.ac.id not later than 7 working days before the deadline for endorsement listed on the APRU VSE website.

For undergraduate students:

• A student with active status
• Students should be, minimum, in their 3rd semester at UI, at the time of application
• Have not registered 144 credits at UI (including credits on the last semester at UI before departing for exchange) by the time of the application
• Mandatory to transfer credits from exchange period to UI
• Will not graduate from UI, until the exchange period is completed
• GPA minimum of 3.2 (all major)
• TOEFL/IELTS:
  • PBT at least 550
  • ITP  at least 550
  • iBT at least 80
  • IELTS at least 6.0

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If the host university has higher eligibility, then the eligibility will follow the eligibility of the host university.

• Letter of Recommendations from faculty signed by Dean or Vice-Dean. In this recommendation letter, please indicate the outbound exchange scheme that your faculty support and acknowledge (only online or only offline or both online and offline scheme are supported and acknowledge)
• Legalized Final transcripts (GPA min. 3.2)
• IRS for the last semester at UI before departing exchange
• English Proficiency Certificate
  • PBT at least 550
  • ITP  at least 550
  • iBT at least 80
  • IELTS at least 6.0
• CV
• Motivation Letter
